Outstanding local shop. I work in retail so I can appreciate solid customer service, and the ladies(don't know their names, but if i did i would shout them out) that helped me were excellent. Very well done.

From Colorado Spring my local florist gave me the number to ridge view florist and I ordered over the phone sight unseen and told them what I was wanting and looking for. I was sending flowers to a family member in the hospital there in Texas. I gave a price range I was looking for and requested a picture when done. I was more than pleased with the result! It was beautiful and I was told everyone going into the hospital room loved them. Even the designer I work for was impressed! Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers that brightened a rough situation! Your work is beautiful!

Inquired prior to ordering if could fulfill based on website item. Associate placed me on hold, came back online and said “yes”. Arrangement delivered did NOT look like what was ordered.

It is our 3 year anniversary and I knew she wanted tulips so I tried my hardest finding a good florist that had some in stock; I chose Ridgeview! Amy was super helpful over the phone and BB delivered them perfectly this morning! I highly recommend them for their service and the arrangement was beautiful, she loved it! I felt like going through a local florist made the arraignment and delivery process easier and also I knew they'd take good care of the flowers 😁

I have purchased two separate bouquets from them and they were both AMAZING. Just as a heads up, they are located inside a funeral home; I didn't know that prior and was slightly confused when I arrived. Anyway, the flowers are beyond beautiful and fill my car with the most amazing scents but the best part is that my girlfriend loved each. Ridgeview really does put together perfect bouquets and I will be coming back again and again

Thank you Ridgeview Florist for getting a last minute bouquet to the funeral home the DAY BEFORE VALENTINES. I know how crazy busy you guys are and the bouquet was delivered on time and it exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous bouquet! Thank you for taking care of me!

This was the first time I have ordered from Ridgeview Florist, but I will definitely buy from them again. Their flowers are fresh and beautiful - much nicer than what I have seen at other florist in this area.Their customer service was amazing - exemplary - even on Valentine's Day! That is something I have never experienced - a florist that provides amazing customer service on the busiest day of their year! Compare that with another Allen florist - who gets good reviews - but who failed to return two voicemails left during the week before Valentine's Day - and another Allen florist that didn't want my business when I said I didn't want the type of roses that wilted within a day or two while still buds - never having bloomed. If you are picking up at their store - they are located just inside the South door of the Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home on the West side of 75 just South of Ridgeview. Thank you Ridgeview Florist - my wife loved her flower arrangement - see attached pic.
